Michèle
Head Coach
Michèle is Head Coach at CLAW, where she leads the FLOW and SCULPT classes. With over 13 years of group fitness experience, she knows how to create sessions that move both body and mind. As Co-Founder of CLAW, Michèle’s passion goes beyond the studio floor — she builds experiences that connect people through movement, music, and lifestyle. From partnerships and branding to marketing and events, she brings the CLAW vision to life with creativity and drive.

Alex
Senior Coach
Alex is a performance & leadership coach, he was the first dancer of the Ballet Zurich and over his 20 year dance career performed on stages around the world, in film and TV. As a senior coach at CLAW, he brings the RESTORE class, his stretching and mobility sessions invite everyone to be more in tune with their bodies, letting go and locating those parts of the body where stress is built up.

Senior Coach
Annika is a movement and health scientist by education, with 7 years of experience in group fitness. As a senior coach at CLAW, she leads our MOVE class. Besides teaching, she is active as a model, personal trainer, and clinical application specialist in FemTech.

Ruby
Senior Coach
Ruby is a certified yoga teacher and wellness enthusiast from Boulder, Colorado with a background in communication, community building, and dance. With years of experience teaching yoga and sculpt, she brings uplifting energy to every class, blending mindful movement with motivating music. As a CLAW coach, she leads the FUSE class, a blend of Move, Sculpt, and Flow designed to ignite both body and mind through strength, rhythm, and connection.

Anna
Coach
Anna has a background in food science and a lifelong passion for movement. As a former vaulting athlete and over ten years of experience in group fitness, Anna's classes blend intention with intensity, encouraging you to move with presence and strength. Anna is currently pursuing a certificate in sport psychology and mental coaching to deepen her holistic view of performance and how body, mind and environment connect.

Andrei
Coach
Andrei is a former professional ballet dancer with over two decades of experience in movement. After years of pushing his body beyond its natural limits, he discovered yoga as a powerful path to healing and restoring balance. As a yoga teacher, he blends his deep movement background with a calm and supportive approach, guiding students to strengthen their bodies, build awareness and improve their overall well-being.

Napo
Coach
Napo is a certified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher based in Zurich. Yoga has been part of his life for more than ten years, at first simply as the perfect balance to his gym routine, helping him stay flexible and strengthen the deeper muscles. Over time it became much more than physical training - a grounding practice and lifestyle to support calming the mind, enjoying stillness, and creating space to connect more deeply with the inner self (even in a sweaty Vinyasa flow). This is the energy he now brings into every class.​
