General Terms & Conditions (GTC) – CLAW collective GmbH

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services, offerings, and contracts of CLAW collective GmbH, in particular for participation in classes, workshops, events, and the use of studio infrastructure in Zurich. By registering or booking via our online system, by email, or on-site, customers accept these GTC.

Registration & Booking

Bookings for classes and services are made via our booking system or on-site. Registrations are binding. Spots are allocated in the order of registration. There is no entitlement to participation if the offering is fully booked.

Participation Fees and Payment Terms

All prices are in CHF and include VAT. Payment is due upon booking. Accepted payment methods include credit card, TWINT, or other options specified in the booking system.

Cancellation

Single classes can be canceled free of charge up to 12 hours before the class starts. After that, the full fee is charged or the unit deducted from the subscription. Special cancellation terms apply to workshops or special offers, as indicated during registration.

Class Cancellation

CLAW collective reserves the right to cancel classes at short notice due to low participation or instructor illness/unavailability. Fees already paid will be credited or refunded upon request. No further claims will be accepted.

Health & Liability

Participation is at the individual’s own risk. Participants confirm they are physically healthy and able to join the training. CLAW collective accepts no liability for health issues or injuries arising from participation. No liability is accepted for personal belongings.

Studio Rules

Participants agree to treat the premises and equipment with care and show consideration to other visitors. Instructions from the CLAW team must be followed. Violations may lead to exclusion from classes.

Data Privacy

Personal data is used solely for handling bookings and internal communication. All data is treated confidentially and not shared with third parties. Further details can be found in our separate privacy policy.

Copyright

All content and concepts by CLAW collective (e.g. class formats, class plans, image and video material) are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission from the management.

Changes

CLAW collective reserves the right to make changes to the GTC, class offerings, and prices. The most current version is available online. With each new booking, the terms valid at that time apply.

Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies to all legal relationships. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
