GROUND is a monthly series created to slow down, reconnect and return to the body. Each edition invites different practices and guest facilitators, designed to support nervous system regulation, presence and deeper self-connection. Through intentional movement, breath and grounding rituals, GROUND creates space to release tension and come back into balance — a moment to pause, reset and feel fully embodied.
